Diet Books aimed specifically at lowering triglycerides?
My daughter needs to be on a triglyceride lowering diet for medical reasons. I’m having a lot of trouble trying to find a diet designed specifically for this end that lays out all the guidelines of what she can and cannot eat, how much, how often, and that includes recipes that follow those guidelines so that she can have a varied diet beyond a plain piece of broiled chicken every day. Her doctor recommends that she not go below 1600 calories/day, but that it is imperative her triglyceride levels be drastically reduced. Any suggestions?
