what is a low-fat/cholesterol meal I can make for someone with a heart diet?

I guess I need to try a different category or different people…
I didn’t know that I had to specify no boring oatmeal and no cat food…
Buy some vegetables, like squash, sweet onions, shallots and asparagus.
Chop and put in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of olive oil and some pepper. Mix in 1/4 cup of honey (I use sage honey). Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
Buy some wild (not wild caught or farm raised) salmon. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Cook some orzo in chicken broth (no sodium)..
Place the salmon over the orzo and pretty it up with the roasted veggies.
